Dear Tom,
I would like to repeat my praise for the quality of your work and for
your professionalism. I hope a picture of my house gets into your album
and I encourage you to use me as a reference.I went to West Virginia
over the weekend and toured several historical sites and Civil War
battlefields. At one of the tours a park service tour guide was dressed
up as a workman at one of the restored Civil war armory forges and gave
this description of the different kinds of workman of that time. I
thought you'd like it.
A laborer is someone who works with his hands.
A craftman is someone who works with his hands and his mind.
An artist is someone who works with his hands, his mind and his heart.
I recalled calling you an artist during the construction and was struck by how well this definition described you.
Tom, thanks again. It was a pleasure to have done business with you.

Tom
was a pleasure to work with, the work was done well, and the price was
reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is
seeking a source for brickwork.

Dear Tom,
You did great work in rebuilding our front steps at N. Van Pelt St. on 9/12-15/06. Thanks very much.
