Dear Tom,

I would like to repeat my praise for the quality of your work and for your professionalism. I hope a picture of my house gets into your album and I encourage you to use me as a reference.I went to West Virginia over the weekend and toured several historical sites and Civil War battlefields. At one of the tours a park service tour guide was dressed up as a workman at one of the restored Civil war armory forges and gave this description of the different kinds of workman of that time. I thought you'd like it.

A laborer is someone who works with his hands.
A craftman is someone who works with his hands and his mind.
An artist is someone who works with his hands, his mind and his heart.

I recalled calling you an artist during the construction and was struck by how well this definition described you.

Tom, thanks again. It was a pleasure to have done business with you.

Tom was a pleasure to work with, the work was done well, and the price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is seeking a source for brickwork.

Dear Tom,

You did great work in rebuilding our front steps at N. Van Pelt St. on 9/12-15/06. Thanks very much.

Description of Work: Repaired our front steps, basement wall, front door floor, and hole in backyard wall. Member Comments: We called him one morning and he called back that afternoon, came by 3 days later at the appointed time to give us an estimate, and then completed the work within two weeks! Unheard of for a contractor doing work in Center City Philadelphia!

Description of Work: Tom Natalini and his crew stuccoed and patched approximately 1/3 of one side of my very tall three-story row house, which required setting up scaffolding in a very narrow passageway. They also replaced two lintels above my windows and stuccoed the face of my front steps. Member Comments: My experience was positive. Tom Natalini was prompt and cordial. He returned phone calls in a timely fashion. He gave an estimate that included additional work, but he did not pressure me to contract for more than I found practical or affordable, and he advised me on work that I could do myself. He reduced his price when my next door neighbor sought to have work done at the same time. The stucco was neatly applied and coverage appears complete. He did not damage surrounding window frames when replacing lintels though had warned me of the possibility of bent metal. The work was completed as scheduled. I had to ask twice for a receipt, but I know that his business associate was out of town at the time that he worked on my house.
